I believe the Univerge Blue is Intermedia. The NEC folks are top notch and the equipment / service is great.

Is there a End of Life for NEC hardware yet ? For some. But they roll out new equipment all the time. I don’t think you understand how much of the SMB they do.

NEC unlike the competitors has taken the road of investing in their on-premise systems, yes they now offer cloud but the SL and SV systems are and will continue to be their main focus. We here are beginning to see back lash of the cloud solution I believe NEC always knew this was coming. The cloud solution is not going away but unless things change especially customer service and long term cost their market share drops.
