Hi, 7200S with 4.99 s/w. 16 DLI2 card in slot 3 will lock up about twice a week. All phones on card lose power. I can remotely reset card in 806 and comes right up. I've replaced the power supply, 16DLI2 card. Bad slot in cabinet? Thanks.

I guess the way to find out if you have a bad slot is to move the card if you can.

Thanks, Don't have a spare slot. The other thing that is happening is customer has a couple lines ring through to people. when call is answered live, call disconnects. I programmed the lines to hit the auto attendant and calls go through no problem.
The 2 lines are on seperate 8TRK cards.

Do you have another dli card in the system you could swap to see if the fault follows the card?
I never put a dli card in slot 3, we kept those for trk/pri cards.
You could also swap the dli and another card and reprogram (big job I know)
