Having a problem with the Inmail on a CP-10, 12.00.50 software, recognizing digits. Line calibration has been done. Lines are FIOS POTS. Time Out is set to disconnect because sometimes the Inmail does not release the trunk but FIOS does and the customer gets RNA. Since TO is set to disconnect the Inmail is not seeing press 2 for an example and the caller gets "Goodbye". Does anybody else have this problem. Any other adjustments we can make. Thanks

They are. Tech. Support had me set 14-01-02 & 03 to 23 instead of 32. Set 81-07 for all trunks to "No Filter". Hope that cures the problem.

There is also settings you can adjust under MF level. Sometimes the DTMF is too short...be better if you stuck a buttset on the lines to hear them. Also, iPhones can have issues with DTMF when they are using dial by cell or wifi with certain providers.
