I was wondering how best to look for channel utilization on a system. Either sip or pri. I was thinking SMDR but trying to determine which calls are concurrent seems like it rough bit of work.
Any suggestions?

Something like pabxsoft or samsung cms.

That training they were giving was a joke. | | | | Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 2,921 Moderator-Samsung | Moderator-Samsung Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 2,921 | Its very easy to setup. It was actually with a 3rd party vendor. Not Samsung directly. They were out of the UK. I would call your dist and see if they are still selling it. | | | | Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 2,921 Moderator-Samsung | Moderator-Samsung Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 2,921 | The company who make it is called tollring. They have offices in the us as well as the uk. The website is still up with download links for v6 and v7. | | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 232 Member | Member Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 232 | I would first ask the carrier if they had some stats/reports available. | | | Forums84 Topics93,521 Posts635,349 Members49,569 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
