I have a customer with a SV9100 CP20 IP Desi less phones with Comcast Analog Trunks
They previously had a SV8100 with same Comcast Trunks (no complaints) ..........This is from the customer
- When you call out – there is an echo for like 10 seconds until someone picks up and you can hear background noise
Any thoughts

Did you run the line config on the system? Also, did they go from digital to VOIP? Might need to check echo cancelation settings.
