Going to install a 9100 with IP phones this summer. Customer requires many of the phones to be recorded. They've purchased Eventide Nexlog DX recording equipment from their recording vendor.
I'm told they will use SPAN port and port mirroring to capture the call data. Will the 9100 require anything extra to provide the correct data? SMDR, call detail info, licensing, other?
Thank you. Jim

Pretty sure that would be no. UNLESS they need SMDR data to supplement the call stream data. Eventide should have all the info you need for this type of integration. Port mirroring is key.
