I have a Client with multiple locations that networking a NS1000 with UM. The UM is consistently full (because previous dealer did not add adequate memory). When we performed a Memory Card Usage Report it shows 31,000 New messages, 2400 Copy Messages, 23,700 Deleted Messages and 7674 Expired messages. We performed a mailbox usage report for all mailboxes and cleaned up a few mailboxes. there may be 40-50 current messages in mailboxes, but not 31,000+. Is there a way to purge old messages that are over 30 days old? PS we have already setup 'Limited retention' for new and saved messages. Where can we purge 23,700 Deleted messages?
