Added an SLT to a customer's SL1100. If the receptionist places a call on hold using her digital station, can a user on the SLT pick that held call up?
I know I can place a call on hold and retrieve that call if I do both from the SLT using Flash 732/Flash 762 respectively. Just wondering if I can pickup a call on the SLT that a digital station placed on hold? The lines in question are analog POTS lines.
