I would like to upgrade a test system here in my office from 11.0.4.0.0 build 74 to the latest version of release 11. My manager program is at 11.1.3.2.0 build 6. When I try the upgrade, it fails every time. what am I doing wrong? Is my manager on the wrong version?

I'll shoot you an email, but upgrading the SD card might be the easiest path forward.

Yes SD card probably would be wise, this upgrade via manager is going to take a long time.
via SD card would this be a RECREATE?
