The building I work in has the Inter-tel system and I am having two problems one is my phone co. is verizon and I have caller id through them but it does not show up on my phone in my room.

You'll have to provide more info like a model number of the phone so we can tell which system you have. Most likely the set will have to programmed to ring on incoming calls and allow Caller ID info to be displayed.

You need an options card (OPC) and the DSP must be selected for Caller ID receiver.

my desk phone is an inter-tel 8520 or the cordless one is inter4000
