I have an Access 9.x system.
Is it possible to have diffent sound options for different hunt goups?
I see Ringback, Silent, Tick Tone and Board. I usually use Ringback or Board. Board gives them the hold music.
Is there a option to have another music option? I would like to have "something else" on at least one hunt but not change my hold music.
Thank you in advance.

If you have room to add an OPC card, it will give you another MOH port for the system. When you choose Board for the desired Hunt Group you can choose whether it comes from the CPU or the OPC.

It is an Options Card.
Straight from the F1 Help file:
An Options Card provides onboard Digital Signal Processors (DSPs). Each of the DSPs installed on the OPC (up to four) may be configured as one of several available resources. Caller information features require OPC programming to ensure that resources are available to support the features. Caller ID (CLIP in Europe) uses Caller ID (CLIP) receivers (available for US systems only) and DID/ANI (or DDI/ANI for Europe) uses DTMF receivers. The Options Card can also be specified as having a Voice Processing Unit (OPC to AIC) connection to support additional ports.
