Hello,

I am just about to order an Options Card and the Intellitouch OHP 8000 USB for a second MOH option.

I have an Access 9 system.
I know on the phones if I dial special 313 I get the background music.

If there a way to setup a second code to hear the music from the new Options card?

This way the dept I will setup can review thier hold music easily.

I guess I can just make an huntgoup with no one in it and set the hold / camp music.

I'm pretty sure the background music can only come out of the master CPU/CPC card.

That is a clever idea about the hunt group though.

Correct, only the CPC MOH port can be used for background music.

How about using the OPC port for MOH and the CPC MOH port for the hunt group/background?

Yea was thinking about making the 2nd port the background music port.

Is that a program setting?
I do not see where the background music is set.

I did try the huntgroup but it wont work without a member. Maybe just add a phantom ext that does nothing.

Well the Hunt Group with a phantom works.
And I set the recall timer to max.
With a recall back to the hunt.

Duct Tape and paper clipped but works ;-)

When the OPC is installed, a second MOH port will be created. You can then select it as the music source from the drop-down list.
