we have a hunt group set up for our inside team. problem is, sometimes folks don't log out and divert calls. so, a call comes in, their phone rings, no answer. call then goes to next phone in group, but they're also not at their desk. we have others agents that we'd like to be able to pull the call to their desk once the first person does not answer, and the next phone rings. what is the command to pull a call to your desk when you hear the call ringing at another desk?

Use the Reverse Transfer feature code (default code is 4) then the pilot number of the hunt group that is ringing.
