Losing all audio on an inbound call lasting over 30 minutes version 4.0 software on a 550-4400 set. Ongoing issue system wide. 30 minutes is a clue.

Is it just audio loss, or is the call dropped? Is it exactly 30 minutes?
Any chance that there’s a trunk-to-trunk transfer? If so, it could be the unsupervised CO timer.

They say just audio loss. I have been testing several calls with no drops. We will be checking the unsupervised co timer, We are working with Clear 2 There Conf Bridge they call our worker then place the Conf and they say at 30 minutes they lose all audio without the call dropping. We are currently testing a specific reported bad phone with no issue. Our testing at this point does not include Clear 2 There. That will be our next option unless you suggest another

Since it's conference calls, I'd try extending the Unsupervised CO timer.
