What does "2-port" refer to?
4 incoming phone lines.
Does thst mean only frst two outside callers will be greeted by auto attendant, and the other two will get a busy signal?

2 caller can access the mail at one time; if you have 4 lines in a hunt group being answer by the mail unit, then after 2nd call the other caller will hear ringing until the auto attend. answer their call; one thing to remenber is that both inside calls checking mail and outside caller use the same 2 ports.

One person in the office checking their voice mail, an outside caller in the voice mail navigating to a mailbox. You're using two ports. Better off with a 4 port, even in a small office.
