| Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 1 Member | OP Member Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 1 | We have a Partner Mail Release 3 VM system. The power went out and so did all of our programming. I know that the back up battery must be bad, so that we lost the programming.
However, whenever I dial Intercom 777 to try to reprogram everything, even if just temporary, I receive a busy signal now.
Can any one help or is the voicemail module blown?

If you lost all your programming on the system side you will have to set up Hunt group 7 and and VMS Hunt delay, VMS Hunt schedule.
