We have a Partner Mail Release 3 VM system. The power went out and so did all of our programming. I know that the back up battery must be bad, so that we lost the programming.

However, whenever I dial Intercom 777 to try to reprogram everything, even if just temporary, I receive a busy signal now.

Can any one help or is the voicemail module blown?

Thanks!

Try putting your voice mail extesions in hunt group 7 ( program #505 ) then try it. If you lost all your programming on the system side you will have to set up Hunt group 7 and and VMS Hunt delay, VMS Hunt schedule. Hope this helps.
