The last Partner ACS I installed I tried to do my programing ahead of time with Remote Administration. And all went well except one problem. I got a intercom call on extenion 10 about every 15 to 20 minutes. And when I would pick the call up there was no one there. What would cause these phantom calls?

Did you initialize the system before you started programming it? Any way after you put your programming in just back it up and then power it down, when it comes back up you should loose that problem. Its nothing to worry about unless it won't go away. Then its more than likely a port problem. Hope this helps dtmf
