I own a partner 3.1. Recently it has developed a problem on each of the 4 lines that come into the system. When say I am on my line and one of the other lines ring, I can hear a sound much like the sound of the old rotory dial phones as the other line rings. It is louder on one line than the other. Both parties in the conversation can hear the sound. I have 2- 206E and 2-200 boards. Can anyone help?
Thanks, RAH

That pulsing you hear is ring voltage, and it is bleeding from somewhere in your system. It could be a bad card or bad wiring. See if you can isolate the problem by identifying what trunks it happens on.

I had another thought. You might want to check with your local phone company and see if there is water has gotten into the outside cable feeds. That can cause them to bleed.
