I need to know if the Partner ACS will accept a T1 card and do robbed bit or cas. Trying to determine if I can do VOIP using a 2600 or 3600 series Cisco which requires the Robbed bit or cas.

No the ACS does not have a T1 card for the system. What we do is have the T1 broken out to a channel bank with loop start for the voice channels
Hope this helps
