I have 3 CO lines connected to Partner ACS.
I would like to program a button on each extension to view caller ID log for all 3 lines.

I have subscribe to caller ID from telco.
I have all 18D phones.

How can I?

Thank you in advanced.

First you must assign Caller ID Call Line Association to the extensions (program #318), then assign Caller ID Log Answered Calls to the extensions (program #317) then give your phones F23 on one of the buttons with lights.

In centralized programming; enter extension number, press a programmable button with light, press feature 17. You should have already programmed log answered calls using #317, #318 or #319.

Ooops I meant F17, F23 is for logging and dialing (basically turns your display into a caller ID box with options)

Hi! Thank you for quick response.

When I tried to prog F17 as per Dialtone steps. I did something wrong and my all centralized programmed button get erased. I entered all features back for all extensions.

How to avoide this in future? Do Avaya have UNDO by reseting the system? I think I get ERROR in the display and get screwed.

I found that F23 only give call log for that extension only. I would like to see all call logs from total 3 to 4 extensions. How can I?
Also LINE 2 is not showing Caller ID. How can I active line 2 to show caller ID info and log calls.

Thank you guys for your quick and great help.
