What releases of the Partner ACS supports T1 lines and what features would the R6 processor provide that the R5 doesn't. Thanks for any help. JBW

R6 over R5 also adds the Remote Call Forward feature, where you can forward your extension to an outside telephone number.
Also you can change the time for Held Call Reminder Tone.

Thanks everyone. I could only find the 1600 DSL module in my R5 manual. Manuals on CD's are not my favorites. I will acquire a R6 manual and see what I need to add and program a T1 since this is what my customer has requested. Thanks again for your help. JBW

I don't believe you will find a hard copy manual for R6, they come with a CD manuals now, Avaya.com has them as ttech said.
