I have a OV250 system that Forms mailboxes was setup as Type 10 & 11. I was deleting the mailboxes in the correct order, Type 11 then 10, but the type 10 will not delete. The system says mailbox active when trying to delete it. No activity is shown in CDR. The mailbox can be changed to another Mbx number but even with that number used it will not delete. Changing the number will free up the original number but I would like to find out why the system has this issue. Validity has also been ran with no errors.
Anyone had this issue and if so what was perfomed to delete the mailbox?

this is an unqualified comment. take it lightly. some voice mail systems won't let you mess too much with a mailbox that has new messages in it.
