I have a customer who wants to upgrade his Partner ACS from R1.0 to the R6.0. Is it possible?

A definate maybe. I've seen R1.0's that wouldn't upgrade, and R1.1's that would.

Yes, I have upgraded anR1 to an R6. BUT, if you plan on putting a T1 in, DONT. The sphorratic system resets are more prominent on upgraded ACS's.
