You need to log into the 'system manager' mailbox. Do you have that access & password?

Select 1 for Day or 2 for Night, select 6 to modify, press *# when prompted to enter a selector code, press # if you are prompted to enter the "dial 0/timeout" option, finally press 1 to record a new message. Wait for the beep, record the message, press 1 at the end, press 23 to play back, if it is OK, press *# to approve or 21 to re-record.

No one asked that question. This message is the one that answers if the operator is away from the console and does not get the phone after three or four rings and suggests a few extinsions or dial "O" and the operator will answer. It is hardly ever used and when last heard was out of date. I would like to know how to listen to the old one also, I have not been able to get to it except to ask the operator not to answer.
