Can I call into a Partnermail VS from outside and dial 99# to reset a password? I ask because its not working for me and I don't know if its different from doing it inside, (777, 99# etc.)

Yes you can but we don't post that info on the open board due to system security, you will have to work with a moderator or installer off line and there may be a charge.
