Can I screen calls/voicemail while on the phone using parnter messaging?
I don't know WHY anyone would want to do this, but a customer asked me this about
ACS messaging.
HE wants to be albe to screen calls through the speakerphone while he is on the handset. Is this possible?

You can put a "call screen" button on the phone, but it won't work while the phone is in use.

Yea, that's what I thought as well, but the customer INSISTS that his old employers Avaya system could do this and he want's it on his system.
