How does one disable the fax feature on an Intuity Audix/Merlin Legend system? I've been able to get to the "Feature Options" screen in Intuity, which tells me that Fax is "ON" but is read only, thus I cannot really do anything there. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the Intuity Audix associated with the Merlin Legends, however, I am familiar with the Intuity Audix for Definity G3'3, and usually it's a class of service change, to go from fax yes, to fax no. Just a thought...

If you turn off Fax in a users COS it just stops them from being able to send a fax from that mailbox. Contact Avaya if you need the incomming feature disabled because it was a purchased option. Otherwise, don't send fax calls to the Audix ports.
