Please help,
I know enough to be dangerous, but cannot figure this out. I recently installed a voicemail box to a new extension, the employee recorded the greeting and when i called the ext. it went voicemail and played the greeting, but when i called the phone # it play the general voice recording, now it plays the generic greeting for either or. It has a voice messaging card, and is a partner. Please Help.

the main greeting plays when you call in
if its programmed correctly
it sounds like u have to record the main greeting " thank you for calling xyz corp
if u know your parties x dial it now "
then dial ext 10-11 etc and it will go to
ext ring and then go to v/m
if your asking something else pls advise
do u have prg 206 programmed for group 7
for out side lines
and
prog #505 prg for x assigned for card like x78/x79
