having a problem with AA service. Callers get greeting but when they enter the ext. o transfer to ,it says invalid entry, no matter what extension is pressed and in day or night menu. Anyone experience this before. thanks in advance , Gary

I figured it out, with a little help. Someone got into the system and changed the selector codes. Figured i'd post it so if someone else runs into it they'd know.
