I have been tasked with testing and reseting Partner ACS cards. I have been told that the reset code is a secured thing, and I totally respect that. Below is my email, and if there is somebody that can help me out with the code and procedure, I will provide any info that I am legit and no ill intentions. I am a Nortel tech, but we are going to start to service Partners as well.
Thanks

Just pull the batteries out with the power off and they will go back to default, You may be thinking of the voice mails that need codes.
