Have a L7 with MLX 10D sets. All refub, the 10D sets keep going bad. Talked to my supplier and he has replaced the bad sets with 10DP he said that it was a bad batch. The new sets worked for about two months. Now the 10DP's are starting to go bad. (they just go dead, unplug and replug still n/g. Different cards in the KSU, take set right to the card in KSU still no good, replace with another set and it comes right up. Can't seem to pin down anything in the error codes. Any one have any ideas. I have been dealing with this supplier for a long time and never had any trouble. ???

Ken , just too many sets going belly up. I've been dealing with these people for a long time never had this kind of problem. Am going to replace power card and see if that works. Thanks to both of you for your input. Tony

The DP sets do not have the "bad" flex circuits. They still sometimes go bad, but not like the older MLX or MLS flex circuits(for phones that we get in, about 50% of the older style need new flex circuits, with the DP sets, only about 1 in 50 need need replacements). There has to be something else going on to have that kind of failure rate.
