Sorry it's not going to happen on the Partner Plus, you need ACS 2.0 or later I believe.

or go to partnerii and then use 206ec cards
the acs is cleaner

I can't just add a 206ec module card r4.1 card and it will work

Not on the Partner Plus, sorry. You will need to upgrade as Ken said to a Partner II or ACS, I would go with the ACS as well.
