I was informed they have Intuity Audix 4.0, not familiar with this system and am only seeking to find out if it is capable. they recently installed Total Recall but was unable to do a record a call on demand. I had mentioned that most vmails have that feature which they found amazing. am i way off base here?

I am a novice at IP Office. Has anyone ever used IP office to record voicemail conversations for compliance reasons. I would like to receive a call, get the clients approval to record the call, conference to another phone line where I could record the call in a wave format for filing. Is this possible? If so, How?

Yes, IPOffice Contact Store. Or, with VMPro add a record button or dial short code. In the Manager User tab you can choose what mailbox the user records to.
