I CAN'T GET VOICE MAIL TO RESPOND I DID PROGRAM PORT 78 AND 79 TO THE HUNT GROUP 7 ON #505 AND WHEN I CALL IT I GET A BUSY WHEN I DIAL THE INDIVIDUAL PORT OR INC 777. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.

what version acs do u have
and what is origin of pc mail new /used
did you try it in ther slot in cu ??
have u tried to power dwn remove it put it back in power up /was acs poweroff when you put in card

It is a used pc card, it is in the cu,it wa inserted with power off. please advice

There really isn't much to the PC mail, make sure it's seated good and double check your programming to see if it's correct. about the only other thing is to be sure that only 78 and 79 are in #505 group 7. there may be others in that group from a previous setup.
Other then that you may have a bad PC mail. Have you tried it in another ACS?

isnt there an early acs like r1 that pc mails dont work on seema to ring a bell
question of acs rel not answered above???

The PC R2.0 and 3,0 or later will work on ACS R1.1 or later, they will also work on the Endeavor 1.0. It could be that they have a ACS R1.0
