Hi what is the diffrence from park and hold?

line one is 801 and you can pick up line one from any phone doing * 9 801

and you can do the same park 881

so what is the diffrence

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can direct select a line that is busy. Call park is usually used from straight single line phone to pick up a call. Where it's really nice is when you don't know where someone is and you "park" the call and page them to pick up the parked call.
