Need help here. A charity here was donated a phone system and everything has been working great. Now they are going to use a vm box that has never been used and can't get into it. They don't know the password. I tried getting into the admin but that password has been changed also so...Is there anyone that knows the backdoor password? If you don't want to give it to me if you could just call and program the admin back to default I would appreciate it and so would they as they are a non-profit org.
Please email me anything you can to help, I'm sure that they would be willing to pay for a dial-in if need.
