Having trouble getting Key Voice to call a cell phone to notify about messages. COS set to allow dial out and mailbox set w/ dial out number.

you will have better luck if you move this post to the voicemail forum, and include what kind of phone system the voicemail is connected to. Also you should complete your profile.

make sure the voice mail ports on your PBX are unrestricted.
