Depends on what's wrong with it, No power or no communications?

I've been in your situation. Here's what I did:
1. When you have plenty of time get them all in piles--the ones with no power, the ones with no communication & the ones with just static.
2. Crack open one with no power and one with no communication.(easier said than done)
3. Switch the power supplies and fire it up & test all ports. If you've made a good module---get it all cleaned and put in in your stock.
4. Continue to do that with every module ---if you're lucky, you'll make one good one out of two bad ones.
5. Take the rest and throw away all known bad parts---keep all known good parts.

I find it easier to just send them out now, but if you have the time & patience---you can do the above. It really isn't very economical to work on less than 6 or so. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Are there a couple of shops that you reccommend. I have not had much success with that.
