I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem. losing audio on the ports. customer called said that the voicemail was not working had them reboot didn't help, got on site i could see the vm ports pick up but no sound. called the vm vendor and they told me it was a known issue with the 016 card. rebooted system and the ports started working again.

There were some known issues with the 016 in the past, here is the PCN, but it does not sound like your symptom, but worth a look. https://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/qppcn/1288BS4_customer.pdf

Had the same problem. Got an orange upgrade card from Catalyst. Has new firmware specifically for this issue.
