I have a customer with an Partner ACS R1.01 with a pc card mail r1 and no documentation on it this is the small pc card with pink label that you log in with 0 and password (no #) I need to reset the password so that I can config it for them any help greatly appreciated

From the Avaya web site you can get the documentation for the unit. I know as I ran across one in our old inventory and needed info on it.
