CAN I with an Avaya Partner 6.0??? Scenario: I have an outside caller call in and select an extension that is set to call forward to a speed dial number (an out side number). I would like it to do a recall or flash hook and utilize my TelCos 3way calling. Right now it selects another line thus tying up another trunck. Please help, Trunkless in PA.

No. Call forward bridges the incoming call to an idle line which it calls out on.
With 3 way calling you would have to remain on the line else the connection to the other two parties is broken. So it wouldn't help you anyway.
The way to do this is with Centrex but even then variably covering one extension to work like you want is going to be a problem.
