Has anyone else had any issues with the latest Partner phones not being able to dial the correct #?
I have a customer who has about 13 of them and each and every one can't dial the # thats entered, they get wrong #'s or this number has been disconnected or it may start beeping b-4 you complete the number.
This customer has the phone #'s fdw to a cell phone until they open...that couldn't be the problem..could it?
This is a weird one.

No haven't had that problem with them...........but have had many new styles go bad with other stuff.

Had one the other day that would beep at you like it was in programming mode.......but it wasn't.

Have had many bad handsets that where DOA.

Have you hooked your butt set to the lines directly and see what you get?
And is this a ACS R.7 with RCF active?

Did they just switch to Centrex and nobody knows?

Haven't had any problems with any of the Series II phones I've installed. I have read that some of the phones have been having problems with the hook switch. Sheesh, Celestica's QC is slipping.

I only have about 20 of them out there.
All 18D
No problems that anyone reported.
I have them on ACS 6 and 7s

Who's the telco? CLEC? Channel Bank, pair gain??

If calls fail with RCF, it's not the sets that is to blame.

Could always set the line to Rotary, but that's a drag....

would they be on voip lines by any chance i've had a client same thing until the provider ajusted levels of some sort on the service
