I have rel. 5 winspm and Im trying to get to rel.9 on the Avaya website . I got to rel 6 but I cant get the registry file I need to get to rel 7 .I need a little help or even better ,could someone e-mail me a copy of Rel. 9 thanks for any help.

There was a glitch with the software where it does not recognize the R6 on your PC. There is a registry setting you can change, but it eludes my brain cell at this moment.

Going from 6 to 7 you must install the registry patch before doing the upgrade. The reg. patch is on Avaya's website along with the 6 to 7.
It is also a good idea to actually launch WinSPM at each level, then closing it and applying the patch, then relaunching at the new level.

It wont let me Download it off the site. Its juss comes up in text and doesnt give me no option to save.
