I'm trying to forward a hunt group to another extension or hunt group, but get error tone. I do have console permissions on COS 15 which is assigned to the phone. This from "disp feat":
Call Forwarding Activation Busy/DA: 145 All: *2 Deactivation: #2

I'm dialing 145, 2134 (hunt group acc.)then hear dial tone. Then 2015 (fwd to x2015)get error tone. Maybe I should be using a different feature access code?

Try *2 2134 2015 and see if that goes for you. The number you are trying to Call Forward will also need to have the right COS.

Let me know if you need more help with this.

Why not just add the extension in the coverage path of the first hunt group?

Mike - If I do *2 2134 I thought I'd end up forwarding the phone I was dialing from to 2134, but it's worth a try. I'll check the other COS too. Thanks

Normally it would go to a VRU hunt group. This would be to manually forward the group somewhere else if the VRU was down, but.. I could put the destination as the coverage path on ring no answer. That would be better than just continous RNA to the calling party. I'll do that. Thanks
