Some friends of mine have a small Inn (B&B) using an ACS with SLTs in each room. The office has 2 34d's. On ext 10 which is a 34D there is a button programmed as Outgoing Call Restriction. I would like to change this button to be Extension 33, however when I go through the usual steps to program the button I get the "NO Can Do" beep.
The reason the button is needed is to program "Wake-UP".
I have trained the office personel on how to program a wake up call to all the other rooms but if a guest is in Room 33 and needs a wake up I have to do the wake up remotely from my house until I get it fixed.
Thank You

You can set the wake up by pressing "Wake Up" and dialing the extension number, instead of touching the DSS/BLF button.
But, to remove the Call Restrict button, go into system programming, then #114-2 to unassign it.

I was going into set programming (FOO) and just trying to override the button with new programming. I gather from the above information that it must be unassigned otherwise it is protected programming.
Thanks Gang!
