HI guys,
It's been a while since I have had an issue with our Lucent 18D phone system and I'm sure this won't be a new one for you. Our phone system thinks that we turned our clocks back this past weekend and I need to change them to the proper time because I am not staying for an extra hour today.

Please advise

Lucent Partner Systems (ACS, Endeavor, Partner Plus, Partner II)

All programming is done at ext. 10 or 11
1) Press feature key, then 00 (enters programming mode)
2) Press left intercom button twice
3) #103 (code to change system time)
4) Enter correct time (military time)
5) Press feature key, then 00 (exit programming)

Hal, once again you came through for me. You can't get out of the business until I either leave this job or we get a new phone system with an operators manual.

Hal, wasn't there a patch available to keep that from happening on certain releases?

For the current ACS R6 and R7 yes. I don't know what R6 upgrade is available but I'll assume that it's the latest by now. You can upgrade your ACS to an R6 and take care of the DST change too.

So gto, you may want to check into getting someone to do the upgrade for you.

Do you know your release?

If you don't know the release, just go to any display telephone and press "Feature 5 9".
