I recently inherited a lucent Partner mail R3, but I don't have the administrator pw. How do I reset the system back to the default setting? Can someone send me a PM with the info?

I have sent an email to several people but I am need of a password reset as well. We have a Lucent Partner Voice Messaging PC Card system. When I enetered our password to change the general greetin it told me it was incorrect. To my knowledge no one has changed it in years, but I can't get in. Please help!!!

WE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE-RECENTLY ACQUIRED A PARTNER MAIL VSR4 AUTO ATTENDANT VOICE SYSTEM AND HAVE NO ADMIN PASSWORD-IT IS NOT THE DEFAULT.HOW DO WE RESET IT?
