If you need an admin password reset on a Partner Mail, Partner Mail VS, Partner Messaging, Partner PVM (the PC card), Merlin Mail or Merlin Messaging post your request in the forum. Our policy is that we cannot give out passwords so don't ask. One of our mods will contact you to verify that you are who you say you are. They will then call into the system and reset the admin password. There is a charge for this that will need to be charged to a credit card, however it is less than what Avaya will charge.

Mike will be along shortly to help you.

Yes it is. I managed to get in after numerous attempts. I wish to default it back if it's possible by entering a code. Any suggestions?

If there is a way to DEFAULT the entire system on a V/M R.3, please let me know that procedure. I think that would solve a problem that I am having myself. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PM me that info., if someone has it.

Thanks,

Jeff
