Does anyone know where I can find a comparsion between the Avaya IP Office VS. ECI & IP Office Vs. ShorTel.
I am not a business partner so I can't acess the business portial.

I have worked on both, shoretel is way more expensive unless you already have a bleeding edge network with all POE, QOS switches,and does not do analog well.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
