Can you remote call forward a Partner ACS 6.0
with Partner Mail VS 5

yes ,the vm has nothing to do with it its the ACS 6 that allows it

Yup. Remote Call Forward (#344) will forward all calls that are transferred to an extension with RCF. It doesn't matter if they are sent there manually or by the AA. So the messaging system doesn't matter.
Now, if you are talking about a Centrex transfer via the messaging system the Mail VS R5 will do that also.
